We designed a web video course on patients-doctors communication composed of a series of nine illustrated animations of around 2 minutes, a responsive web interface and downloadable long-form knowledge resources. The course was part of a training path to build a better communication, and cooperation between doctors and patients in the healthcare context.
Topics: communications skills/literacy in the relationship between physicians and patients.
Goal: to create a clear and informative experience for physicians, based on a bibliography of science books and papers on the subject.
Output: webpage (UX, writing, design, illustrations, and front-end development), a series of 9 animations using flat design and icons and informative text, PDF long-form content.
